Baby Buds

Baby Buds is an inclusive parent/ carer group that is all about connection, getting out of the headspace and into the body. During these session babies experience simulation in nature, they are in close contact with the caregiver as they are being carried. The sessions are about connection, community, getting together and supporting each other. Baby Buds sessions are about being rather than doing, there is no end goal, no attachment to results. These sessions help you to become more mindful, grateful, and promote good physical & mental health.

  • sessions are outdoors, in nature.

  • promote mindfulness & demonstrate techniques that help to deal with everyday challenges.

  • Experience over expectations

I am passionate about the best start in life for babies and believe by running these sessions I will be able to participate in that.

I envisage holding & facilitating a beautiful inclusive group where parents/carers can truly be themselves. To help them connect, provide them with tools & techniques and anchors to navigate the waters of parenthood by promoting the art of doing nothing, inviting stillness, to reassure and support. To help encourage the bonding process & be part of a new community. Helping adults to connect to their playful side & creativity. I envisage my sessions being relaxed fun-filled and thoroughly enjoyable in all weathers.

Age range: newborn to pre-walking, as long they still enjoy being carried.

Other sessions to come later: Age range: walker to pre-schooler &

family sessions.
