Mindful Yoga Flow

During a mindful yoga flow class you can expect to experience mind-body awareness, to carefully move your body, linking each physical movement with the breath, finding flow in each posture and transition usually to music.

Classes start with meditation, connecting your mind and body incorporating breath work (pranayama). 

Once fully aware of our bodies we start with gentle warm up before we move on with the carefully choreographed yoga sequence. Classes are designed with a theme in mind which the yoga flow sequence represents. All my classes are open to all levels and abilities.
