Mindfulness & Meditation

Through these sessions we aim to make mindfulness a way of life. It is scientifically proven that mindfulness and meditation help reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety and other nervous disorders. 

During a meditation class we tend to remain seated to aid free flow of energy although laying down is an option.  

Mindfulness and mediation are part of my classes, I also offer one to one or small group sessions.
